The Reading List World is Flat

• Something of which to be wary: Reading list outlines should be flat, according to the current implementation. In addition and related: The code right now gets mighty unhappy when it runs into outline nodes without xmlUrl set.

• But, overall, nifty things happen.

• (Oh yeah, and mostly for my own reference for now, the place where problems happen is in newsRiverSuite.readingList.beforeScan)
