There's discussion about renaming hashes in Perl 6. Now, having been not at all involved at any stage along the Perl 6 road whatsoever, it's easy for me to snipe. However: I wish the thing were finished already and not ratholed in weird language features and things like this. At least, that's how it looks to me from the outside. Somedays - especially on PHP-heavy days - I really miss Perl.

One of the things about Facebook that doesn't completely piss me off: It's quiet. No multiple music and video players on every other page. I figure on MySpace, that's a crazy outlet for creativity I'm too old to tolerate. (That's a nice way of trying not to say "IT IS OBJECTIVELY TRUE THAT MYSPACE IS CRAP.")
